Hi there. We’re formulation a outing to Seattle in early October, as well as yet I’ve lived there in a past, we can’t appear to stop any poor as well as accessible motels in a area we’re staying. We’re seeking around a U-District, Capitol Hill, or downtown. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would suggest the University Inn in the U-District. It’s right on Roosevelt and 42nd, and has two different wings. You can request the older wing or the new wing. In the new wing, you’ll find the rooms that have the larger beds, and might be slightly pricier than the others. They have a swimming pool and are connected to a fabulous restaurant–Portage Bay (trust me, everything here is wonderful). The staff is friendly, and it’s pretty quiet for being right off of the U-District. There are many different discounting offers that you can ask about–from AAA rates to University visitors rates, etc. Try and bargain with them to see what suits you.
Also, right down the street is the Watertown which is a much more modern hotel actually owned by the University Inn. Their rates are slightly higher, but the rooms are similar to that of a W Hotel at a large fraction of the price.
Have fun!
i would say the quality inn on aroura, its right above belltown and not to pricy
There is a Youth Hostel Downtown.
