Two hours after i arise up scratching my behind my arms my face so i consternation because am i so itchy. we spin a light upon as well as demeanour underneath my sham theres bed bugs everywhere! Big tiny a little redish tone from all a red blood they had they had a take a break with us! We got a income behind as well as left a road house rifht there as well as then. The owners longed for to give us an additional room though we pronounced no. A judge/jury might like to see some evidence too. You did collect a sample of these bed bugs or call the health department and make a report, didn’t you? Have some photos? Maybe something from your doctor explaining you have bed bug bites and not a sand-flea rash?
And then, you could win a settlement for your losses. Something around $145ish. Oh wait, he refunded the room – no loss there. hmmmm it’s the principle though, not the money – right? Maybe you can get some "pain and suffering" money ’cause I bet he maliciously put those bugs in your bed. Oh wait, you already said you noticed the room was kinda filthy – that’s contributory then, you probably shoulda known. Try for it anyway – free money is good.
Go for it. It shouldn’t cost you more than about $10,000 to get them to change those mattresses. Or, you could call the health department and report it and they’ll take care of it.
PS: most of the hotels in Myrtle Beach were booked in the middle of summer? Who woulda thought?
