Hi. We’re formulation to be in Seattle Jul thirty to August 2, 2010 as well as have been seeking for poor hotels for 2 adults to stay in. What I’m seeking for is not the single of those costly road house more aged websites similar to http://www.resideo.com/us/washington/seattle or something similar to that, though the little poor hotels/motels which do not advertise. For example, in Portland, you stumbled upon the poor road house quarrel upon Interstate Av. btwn. N Rosa Parks as well as Lombard with the couple of hotels (like the .99/night Viking Motel) which do not come up upon any internet poke for poor hotels. You’d never find them unless you possibly stumbled upon them or found out about them by places similar to Yahoo answers. Our standards aren’t high, though you do wish to equivocate loyal roach motels or those in places where your automobile competence get damaged into, etc. Hope somebody up there can assistance us out. Thanks as well as I’ll recollect to select the most appropriate answer.

You will be in Seattle right at the height of the summer tourist season and the climax of the annual Seafair celebration making it difficult to find a room "downtown" at a good price. Rooms near the airport are cheaper, but you will be about 13 miles from town. You can take the light rail from the airport area to the city for $5 per person round trip, so it is an option.
You may see rooms along Aurora Ave are less expensive, but be aware that many have hourly rates (it is the red light district)
You might want to consider condo rentals. Most require a 3 day minimum which you just qualify for. They are often less expensive than a hotel or motel and have a kitchen. That can come in handy if you are willing to save money by buying beverages at the grocery store, preparing a few meals or snacks from food purchased at the Pike Place Market or grocery store or even for reheating leftovers from restaurant meals.
I’ve included some links which may be helpful. One has links to some less well known hotels and many different kinds of lodging – not just hotels – hostels, B & Bs and condos. You can do a search by price range to find the least expensive options. Look under "vacation rentals" or "Specialty Lodging" to find condos. I don’t know if anything will be available in your price range, but take a look to see what’s available.

Try http://www.motel6.com to find their properties in the Seattle area.
A good, clean, mid range hotel would be the Red Roof Inn at SeaTac airport. Rooms are about $60 a nigh, with interior corridors, internet and you can access the light rail system to the city within a block.
