Taking my father for his 40th to LA as well as Los Vegas…all his friends as well as their family groups have been entrance from Brisbane Australia. We have dual young kids 8 as well as 11….So hubby wants a celebration in Las Vegas you wish to take a kids to Disneyland, do LA as well as New York you have programmed 4 weeks to do it in Sept 2011….What is a cheapest approach to fly Brisbane to Las Vegas? How most time during any one? Best club/pub for Hubby’s birthday night for 40 year olds? Best motel in Las Vegas for kids? Soooo most questions …any recommendation would be fantastic….we have been aussies which devise to do this usually once so you wish to get it right!!

You can’t get it right, because there is just too much to do and see. I lived all my life in So Cal and Las Vegas and I have not seen it all here on this coast. And I am old enough to be retired ! Make sure you have plenty of rest breaks for everyone so nobody gets burned out. Better to see something well than to try to do too much and miss what is right in front of you. The Disneyland Hotel is a bit pricey, but I recommend that for your Disneyland stay. I assume that you are going to skip the beaches ? LOL
Los Angeles is home to several major art museums such as the Getty and the Norton Simon and of course the Huntington Library. Santa Anita Race Track, etc. You could spend 5 weeks there, then head up the coast to Napa, on to see the redwoods. LOL Never get out of Cal.
All the hotels can accommodate families her in Las Vegas. I always stay at Caesar’s myself when I need to get a room, but the Excaliber or the Circus Circus really cater more to kids.
