If you are 18 – get out of there.
If you are not 18 – get somewhere safe (like the hotel room) and call the police. No matter what the circumstance, this sounds like abuse.
Go live with your grandmother.
If they sprained your ankles, then that’s abuse. Maybe they thought that you were lying or something, but they’re behavior is inexcusable. I would insist on going to the doctor to be actually diagnosed with chronic migraines, then they won’t have anything to dispute. Also, the doctor would be able to give you something like Imitrex to help with the migraines. Good luck.
Why don’t you see a doctor and get some effective medicine for your migraine headaches. Many migraine sufferers lead full and productive lives, including attending school and working full time. My guess is that your parents think you are a lazy slacker. Have you given them reason to believe you use your migraines as an excuse to skip school? Who is paying for your room at Motel 6 tonight? You had better stop and think carefully about how rough your life will be if you get out on your own. The carpet burns are minor and if you have sprained ankles then you must have been fighting them all the way to the car. Your parents just might be ready to let you go live in the foster care system.

If you are old enough to be emancipated, go live with your grandmother if you can.
If you are not old enough to be emancipated, call social services. You don’t have to tell them who you are if you don’t want to. Just tell them the girl living at (your address) is being mistreated and you are a concerned neighbor.
