Why is Europe so expensive?

I meant London was only insane. Paris wasn’t poor either. we paid similar to there for the little baguette sandwich upon the street. Your road house prices have been funny there. No motel 6 or roadside motel where we can get the room with pool for the month. McDonald’s prices have been violent anyway. we was essentially astounded to sense which many people in Europe can’t work since there have been no jobs. And which has been similar to which approach prior to any monetary crisis. But prices have been unequivocally tall over there. Many cars have been little as well as nobody would even expostulate which over here. You’d only get laughed during for display up in the little intelligent car.

But seriously, how do we guys means hold up there? we meant we compensate some-more for clothes, some-more for food, some-more for rent, some-more for gas, some-more taxes, some-more everything. And your income is approach lower. No idea how socialism even allows we to be upon the computers we guys have been on.
I do not know zero about income being aloft in Europe. The conflicting is essentially true. If we get an preparation here we have been flattering most upon trial the 6 figure income smallest over time. Don’t dont think about which low salaries of immigrants additionally cause in, nonetheless the income here is still higher.

Just demeanour during the cars as well as houses here as well as review them to the cars as well as houses where we are.
king of london: pre-tax, that’s the word. how most taxes have been upon that? here it’s similar to .50 or something, though which doesn’t even matter. It counts what we consequence ultimately. You’ll pierce up. 0,000 the year is not even the tall income here. Over 250 k is deliberate to be high.

There are 9 suggestions to question “Why is Europe so expensive?”

  1. Well if you are from here you are use to it plus I hear it is a bonus going on holiday in the USA as things are soo cheap its almost like half price sale everywhere.

    minimum wage is (pre tax)
£5.80 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older = $8.76

minimum wage in the USA varies by state here are some examples
    California $8.00 per hour = £5.30
    New York $7.25 per hour = £4.80

Im going to be earning £70,000 a year = $105,679 after I am 25, most likely in my 30s.

EDIT: I dont know what it is post tax and for me £70k is alot from the background I come from. My career is not one of the top paid of course just average middle class.

  2. welcome to the school of hard knocks spoilt kid

  3. sigh
I just told you there are no socialist countries in Europe

    if you ask learn

    Answer me this

Why do North Americans all eat tacos and wear sombreros?
Why do North Americans like Maple syrup and ice hockey
Why do North Americans wear hawian shirts?
Why did North america go to war with Iraq?
Why do North Americans love soccer so much?

    In Reverse
This is how much of a dumbass you are.Pick a country for gods sake

A BEER is about $1 in poland
Thats alot less than in the USA

  4. you need to exchange your currency for Euros

  5. because we have got a long time history and all towns and buildings need the maintenance money. you can see every countries in europe are beautiful almost every single place.

  6. Wow, I wouldn’t wanna live there. Sounds like they got no money there to spend. 100k a lot? lol

  7. Alot of it is taxation, most European countries have very high taxes compared to what we are used to in the U.S., it’s not that things are necessarily more expensive by themselves, but when you add in various tariffs, taxes, and then a VAT on top of all that, it’s staggering. Fuel costs are a good example of this. The wholesale price of gallon of gasoline/petrol is about the same in the U.S. as it is in Europe, but gas/petrol is taxed much more heavily in Europe, so while a gallon of the stuff costs $2.50 in the U.S it’s about $5-$6 USD per gallon (sometimes even more) in most European countries.

  8. Where did you get that crap from? I live in London, im not rich, but i live a very comfortable life and can generally afford whatever i want.
Also can you not generalise the whole of Europe because not all the countries are the same. Yeah sure things are expensive due to taxes which are used to make the country more stable such as money going to the National health service, something America doesn’t have unfortunately…

  9. apparently you were the one that couldn’t afford to visit Europe because you are here complaining. yes it’s expensive but when you look at countries like Sweden, Switzerland, Monaco, Lux, Finland ect the ppl ther live in bigger houses than the one you can afford in the US.

Life is not about material things only , there are other things with more value. ppl in Europe are happy with what they have. they don’t need all fancy things Americans need to survive.

Your suggestion?
